I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a great experience. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the prices for such a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was also impressive, with the rooms equipped with a nice little kitchenette, allowing me to cook my own meals. Plus, the hotel's location in a quiet area above a tram station was perfect, as it provided easy access to the city center. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available for breakfast, which made starting my day a delight. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value, amenities, and location.
All was just fine and met my expectations.

Relaxed, easy-going yet professional staff. Super clean hotel (freshly built?). Very roomy (comfort studio, 2 adults). Free underground garage. Free wifi worked perfectly. Very silent (linoleum?) carpet in the hallway. No wall-to-wall carpet anywhere.

We only used the hotel for one night on our way south but it was perfekt. Friendly wellcome, clean an nice, easy to move in and out. It made us wonder if we next time should take an ekstra night and explore Besancon.
We couldnt find somwhere to shop food nearby. We travelled as a family (2 adults and 3 children) It would have been nice with a familyroom for all of us...but it was okey because our room were close together.

Great value for money, comfortable and clean room with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was peaceful and close to a high college, plus the staff was friendly and helpful with good English.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

New and clean hotel. A lot of tablewares and a electric pot!
A breakfast at 8 euros is expensive. If there is a bath tub, it would be better.

The small kitchen and cutlery available in the room are very convenient.
There miss a few shops around, the area is quite isolated from the city centre.

This is an excellent value for money. We enjoyed a quiet comfortable night.
The hotel is located in a new housing development on the city outskirts. Since the neighbourhood is undergoing construction in 2012, there is a detour to entrance of the hotel, which was poorly signposted.

The new facilities were great for our new year visit! We had access to a fully equipped kitchen, which was a definite plus, as it allowed us to cook some of our own meals instead of relying on eating out all the time. The comfortable and spacious rooms had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and their English was very good, making communication easy. the hotel was conveniently located close to a shopping center and restaurants, which were just a 20-minute walk away.
The breakfast area was always crowded, and sometimes it was difficult to find a clean table to sit at. Although the staff did their best to keep up with the demand, this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Clean appartment with kitchenette and living room. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Decent price too.
Very difficult to get to. We found the address without any problems only to discover that the road was blocked half way. Phoning the hotel to seek advice, the person who answered seemed unware of the major construction work taking place next to his office. Will be very nice once everything is finished but while the appartment was very clean and practical, it was very hot inside and could have benefitted from having air conditioning.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, it was convenient to have breakfast at the hotel. The location was quite central as it was close to public transportation and key tourist spots.
The room was quite basic and lacked any real character. The furniture and overall arrangement seemed a bit cheap and low quality.
